Selling alcohol to minor
Working in a convenience store owned by husband in Nassau County, the owners wife sold beer to a minor . She failed to check for id. She got a summons. What ramifications can there be from this-fines,jail, suspension of liquor license?

There could be a fine and the SLA may be notified.
