selling alcohol to minor

17 year old working in convienent store sold a 24 oz. can of beer to undercover agent. ticketed for indangering the welfare of a child. and serving a minor she plea not guilty, and wrote the DA in hopes of getting a reduction. what would her best options be.

The defense of the case is one thing but I think more impotantly we must address the letter to the DA. Very rarely is a voluntary statement made to the DA or PD going to assist you. Please have her refrain from any further contact until she speaks to an attorney.

This senario has multiple consequences, first the criminal aspect and second the State Liquor authority consequence. Any plea taken by your worker affects your liquor license.
