Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I was sentenced to probation in County "A" at the municipal court level. My probation was transferred to County "B" where I reside. I am preparing a pro se motion to modify the travel restriction condition of my probation. Should I file the motion with the sentencing Court or the municipal Court in the city I live in?

You need to discuss this with your probation officer.
