Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
sentencing time
if a person is sentenced to 1 1/2-3 and another charge of 3 1/2-7 plus owes 6 years parole then has another charge brought against him that is a 7 year flat thatruns concurrent with the other sentences does the longest one (7year flat) wipe out the other ones so the person only has to do the 7 year flat bid then he gets out?

Re: sentencing time
Depends on what was said about "Concurrence" and "Consecutive" time at each sentencing. You need to get the sentencing transcripts. If you want to discuss this or other parole issues, you may contact me through the links below.
Good Luck.
