My daughter's father was arrested on the charge above, along with endangering a child for the alleged rape of his then 12 year old daughter. His ex-wife has tried to get him on these charges before with his older daughter but the daughter backed out and admitted to grandma her mother made her do it. The mother wants to destroy him and has told our friend that. They supposidly have DNA evidence, however, but it could have been easily planted on the daughter, since my daughter's father was seeing the mother at that time. They supposidly took her to the ER after the last alleged time this happened, and a rape kit was collected and DNA (also supposidly his) was collected during this time. He has a lawyer but things are looking bad. I know that he is not capable of doing this. Does he have a chance? What do we do to help him? I have seen him with our 4-year-old daughter and know he is a wonderful father, but his ex and other daughter are mad at him, and will do whatever they can do to ''destroy him.''
