generally, from my experience there is a tendency to grant this to predominantly younger defendants... however, it may be possible... PLEASE keep in mind that depending on your physical state this may be an EXTREMELY difficult program to complete, and if you do not complete there may be greater ramificiations than you were originally facing...

overall, if this is a first felony arrest... depending on the charge, i would not be looking to dispose of the case with such a sentence, but looking for the most minimal sentence possible...
