shoplifting

if a store manager lets you go after they asked you for the item back,that was concealed in your purse,can they still prosecute

It is not the store who is prosecuting you, it's the State. If this was your first offense, depending on the value of the item in question an attorney could work-out a reasonable disposition for you in court, even in Nassau County. Contact me at [email protected]
