my signature was forged on a legal document for the sale of real estate what should i do?

First, get an attorney to assist you. Next, get all the documents together and take them to either the police or the District Attorney's office to file a criminal complaint. lastly, get a copy of all of your credit reports to see what damage has been done and if any other people have attacked your identity or credit.
