social service question

There is an investigation against me (SEXUAL ABUSE ) False accusation. the victim is my ex girlfriend is a minor and I'm adult. (14-18) so far they hasn't found anything that can prosecuted me. They asked to the victim mother my phone number FOR WHAT??? I think is for contact me should I respond? should I answer question?

Is my first offense my charged are misdemeanor A and B Third degre..... NY
