Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

I am a sociologist. I am currently discussing the war on drugs with my students. I am aware that NY state repealed the Rockerfeller Laws and that in 2010 the Fair Sentencing Act also did away with the disparity in crack vs cocsine sentencing. I need to know if any aspects of the Rockerfeller laws remain? What is the penalty for 5 grams of crack, if it is no longer a mandatory 5 years? How can I get more information on this?
