If someones apartment is raided and i am unaware of what's going on there is it ok to have me as a codefendant? The person they wanted has nothing to do with me and i fear goin to prison for being i'n the right place at the wrong time

It depends what was found in the apartment. There may be a rebuttable presumption against all occupants of the apartment, but that should not be enough to convict and you can show facts against it. Call me if you wish to discuss it further.

More details are needed. Are you the primary tenant? Where was any contraband found? Are there any other tenants in the apartment? Are you a tenant or a visitor?
