Can someones attorney charge more money after losing trail for sentencing preparation? Is that ethically or legally right? My brothers attorney charged my family a significant amount of money for his case which had to be paid in full before the trail started. The outcome of the trial was unfavorable for my brother and now the attorney wants more money for sentencing? I am puzzle!
