Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
my son in jail now,he has ticket for bicycle on the walkside.the court date on may5.how is works?.

I'm not sure I fully understand your question. Your son is presently in jail and got a ticket for a time while he was in jail. He would seem to have quite a defense. Advise the court that he is in jail.
