My son 21 received community service for a shoplifting charge. Now I find out he did not finish the service and failed to appear the 2nd time. What is he looking at now?

Quite possibly, he is facing a Bench Warrant for his arrest. If he is pulled over or stopped by police for any reason (including a traffic stop), he may be arrested and imprisoned until such time as he can be transported back to court to face the judge.
