The ticket is actually a paper arrest called a Desk Appearance Ticket or a DAT. Your son has been arrested and is facing criminal charge that can have severe consequences. You must get him a criminal defense attorney immediately. He is facing an A Misdemeanor which can bring a sentence of 1 year in jail.
