Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Son's college probation
Two years ago, son was placed on conduct probation for one year due to willingly handing over a fake id when asked by university police if he or any of his friends had one. Probation has expired but they tell me it will remain on his school record until he graduates. He is applying to graduate school now and I want this off his record. Any chance of this?
