stalker
can someone just go to the police and make a complain that you stalking her and you have all evidence that she's the one who's stalking you by calling and texting you repeatedly.

Someone CAN go to the police and complain about your actions, even if its not true. It would be a crime, but it is done every day, all over the world. People use the criminal justice system and police for their own gain. The best way to stop someone from filing a false complaint in your case, is go to the police and make a report about her abuse towards you.
