My friend is being stalked by her ex boyfriend . She has been stalked on the phone and followed for 6 mnths.She has called police may times.Now hes in jail his lawyer tore her apart .His chargers arecrimnal contentin the 1st,stalking charge and arraveted harrassment 2nd.WHAT SHOULD SHE DO??HELP A.S.A.P PLEASE HE HAS ALSO CALLED MY B/F AND HARRESED HIM .WE PUT A PLOTTER DOWN CAN THAT BE USED IN COURT?

This is a horrible and frightening problem. You must hire a lawyer to assist you in making the case against this man. You must record your telephone calls to make a record of what is happening. Walk around with a camera to take pictures of him following her and you.
