Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Would this be stalking
I recently went to someone's job to confront them on an issue was told to stay away from them and leave them alone. Since then I have sent this person a letter asking for a response and an email asking for the same. Neither was written in a threatning fashion. Could this be considered stalking?

Not yet, but its sounds crazy to ask someone to leave you alone but them continue to contact them waiting for them to say "ok". They are giving you what you want- staying away. I advise you do the same.
