Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
statue of limitation
my friend stole some money from a store he worked in over 10 to almost 20 years ago.they never filed charges because the police never came to her house.she was aressted for a warrent she had on a minor charge.hopping the train.nothing came up in the system then.my question is after all these years can these people file claim on her.
