hi, my husband was recently arrested for 6 misdormeanors ranging from driving without a licence, possion of stolen goods lottering, and possesion of majuana, all of these charges are from 2004, i s there a statue of limitation on misdermeanor in new yourk?

There is a statue of limitations on misdemeanors in NY but it would also matter as to what happened in court originally. Was this the first Court date?
