How long do the police have after filing an incident report that states no offense committed to obtain a warrant for your arrest?

Re: Statute of Limitations
If the incident report states that there was no offense, a "warrant" for your arrest can't issue based on the report. This is because in order for you to be arrested, there must exist "probable cause" that you committed a crime. I hope this helps. if you need more information, contact me. The information is on my web site. Good luck.
Re: Statute of Limitations
Mr. Conti is correct. However, even if an incident report is not filed, if probable cause exists, a warrant may be issued. This answer is limited because, you haven't given the exact facts of your case. Don't give them because they will not be protected by the attorney-client privelege.
