Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Statutory Rape
I was 15 when I concieved my daughter and her father was 22. I ran away with him when I was 15 and returned at age 16 . I'm 25 now can he still be charged w/ statutory rape? This happened in New York and Virginia.
