if you steal from work and you get arrested, what are the possible outcomes of the arraignment for a 23yr old male, clean record, and goes to school full time with a major in government security?

It all depends on the circumstances. However, one thing is for certain and that is you have a much greater chance of getting dismissal or substantial reduction in charges if you go to court with attorney representation.
