Re: stealing
It all depends on the circumstances. However, one thing is for certain and that is you have a much greater chance of getting dismissal or substantial reduction in charges if you go to court with attorney representation.
Re: stealing
Depending on where you are in this rather large and diverse State, the amount stolen, over what period of time and what type of position/job you held . . . the answer to your question varies a great deal. Talk to an attorney who practices CRIMINAL law in your county or a close neighbor county. If you want to keep a clear record, an attorney with knowledge of local practice and procedure will be invaluable.
Re: stealing
There is a potential for a criminal record as well as even potential jail time even with no previous record, however this unlikely. You should cosider hiring a private atorney, if you are able, for further information on the criminal process feel free to visit our website at www.cgonzalezlawfirm.com or email us directly at the email address provided or call us directly at 2127098303
