Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Storage of too rifles
I recieved a felony DWI and had to remove my guns from the house. A friend agreed to keep them in safe keeping for me. Now he wants storgage fee's for the too guns. There was NO signed aggrements or even a mention of storgage when i dropped them off. I found out he sold the guns and is stalling. Whats your opion?? upstate New York 12839

You should bring him into court and demand the guns back or the monetary equivalent. He has no right to sell your property. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.
