I rcvd a subpoena to appear in criminal court.I witnessed a shooting in front of our house.I fear for my family and I. How can I be excused?

You can speak with a criminal lawyer and have them review the subpoena to see if it is sufficient. If the subpoena is valid and endorsed by a judge you are required by law to appear.
