Can I sue the court system if I am fighting a felony 2nd degree conspiracy charge but never was convicted and I lost a new job because it came up on my background check although I never pleaded guilty to the case and it is still pending?

No, you are presently fighting the case and it will come up on background checks until it is finished and you are acquitted or convicted. This is a classic situation wherein the city has municipal immunity.
