i am about to be sued: civil libel lawsuit

im being sued by a person in for misrepresenting & item she won on ebay(auction site). she is going to file a civil libel lawsuit in conjuction with 8-10 more people(possible). shes using my nydriver id 2 get my social secuirty number (is this legal) from a P.I today i think to serve me the papers, her lawyer is going to contact my ''dean of admission'', i dont know why? she has spoke with a det. at my former address concerning mail fraud. i need help i really dont have money, i m a student in college and i dont know what to do. sued for: mail fraud, check fraud and any other fraud. i sold her a bag i reccieved as a gift, i did know it was not authnetic louis vuitton hand bag, she paid 1850.00. i have tried to mediate the situation with squaretrade.com, saying that if i refunded her she must provide me with the bag, she refused.im under investigation for writing bad checks in nj and i am so confused please help. She said that i could get arrested or a warrant for my arrest if the det. in nj feels that i am liable for this crime. what is a civil libel lawsuit. and i m now living in ny feeling scared help me please however, i did send out bad checks using cod to get item but that was only on 2 items(Different person.
