Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
summons
I was issue a summons: it says, in violation of Sec. 140.05 - Description : Trespass
I'm schedule to appear in court at a specific date.
I pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor ( first time offender- Petty larceny ) a few monts ago.
My question is : will that previous offence will come up during my appereance at court and if it does, will it have any repercution on this particular summon ?
thanks
