suspension of license by tlc
can TLC suspend a license for a misdemeanor arrrest, even though disposition is pending?

It is possible based on the circumstances and nature of the charge. The reporting requirements normally require you only report convictions to the TLC. A pending disposition would not qualify as a conviction. Please feel free to contact my office if we may be of any assistance.
