Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
tainted confidential informer
what does one do in nys to get help proving that a ci is actualy asking people to hold drugs that they do not like and then setting them up by picking the drugs back up and writting statements against said person as a seller. the tainted ci also has prostitution rings running around, selling e at local strip clubs...this is the real deal but i do not know what legal agency to call for help, its plain that in my opinion some officers are turning their heads and maybe a member of a higher office. please respond as quickly as possible
