Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
i tried taking money from a bank with a check. I had either one or two felonies then they were dropped as misdomenors. I did my 10 days community service and the judge told me that they were going to come off my record sinc I did what i was asked. But i want to know why the charges haven't left my record.

You need to obtain Certificates of Disposition for the case to find the answer. If the final charge was a misdemeanor, then they will not come off your record.
