Tampering with the order of the law judgement
If the indictment charges is four counts in the true bill sign by the foreperson but fail to provide a statement of accusations charges and offense for one of the counts listed is the entire indictment considered jurisdictionally effective after a plead and conviction carrying the entire indictment has been entered.
