Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
A temporary order of protection was granted in Bronx Supreme criminal court for my 7year old son against his mother (the people of the state of new york vs the mother). This was after her arrest for charges of assault, harrasment and child endangerment on 1/16/10. The order was effective until 3/3/10, her criminal court hearing date. How do I get information pretaining to the outcome of this case?

Usually a new order of protection would be issued on the court date effective until the next court date. You can call the DA's office to find out what happened, go to the court yourself or check "Webcrims" online.
