Theft Of Service
I know of an individual who has placed his heating bill in his 9 year old son's name. This person owes a lot of money for his heating bill. What could happen to him if he is turned in to the company from which he is ''stealing'' heat from?

Not only is this theft of services, it is ordinary larceny and if the bills total more than $1,000, the person could be charged with grand larceny, a felony.
