Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Thank you for thr response to my other quesrion. Now can you tell me how to address the matter to the justice syetem?

In a rape case, what if the alledge victim admits that the prosocutor ask her to change the time of the incident so that it fits the time that the acused would have time to commit the act? Althought the alledge victim signed a statement swearing that the time she already gave is the time of the act.
