Re: threats against person
In addition to Christopher's advice, she should notify the school immediately and the campus police. She should seek information on getting a police tracking GPS device just in case and she should of course be extra careful about who she gives her number to. She should stop taking calls from callers who block their numbers and may want to consider changing the number altogether. Finally depending on the level of your concern, you may want to hire a private investigator to help figure the thing out and to teach your daughter about precautions she should be taking.
Good Luck.
Re: threats against person
Your daughter should contact the police precinct where she resides and file a complaint, so that an investigation may be started. It would also be a good idea for your daughter to keep a log of the phone calls being made to her including dates and times to help assist in the investigation.
