Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Hello my name is Tiffany. My boyfriend was recently arrested for smoking marijuana. The police later found out that there is a warrant out for him for failure to pay a ticket. I called central booking in new york city and found out that he was arrested for harrasment, assault and perjury. His bail is set at $250.00 and he has a court date this friday. Do you think that he might serve some hard time for this arrest or maybe community service? Please help. Thank you.

If he has no significant criminal background he might get probation and some community service
