Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
In A Tight Jam
the mother of my son is preventing me from seeing my child because of an order of protection on me, the child has nothing to do with it, how can I see him?

you have to go through the courts and get visitation through a third party. ie. tyour friend picks up child and returns him so you never see the wife//
