Re: how much time usually accompanies these charges?

Many jurisdictions require jail time as part of any felony weapon plea. You should retain a knowledgeable criminal defense attorney to go over any possible defenses with you. Please feel free to contact my office if we may be of any assistance.

Re: how much time usually accompanies these charges?

It is possible but unlikely that there would be no jail as a result of a felony weapon possession plea. It is highly advisable that you retain an experienced criminal attorney to preserve your rights and defend you in court. We are very experienced in handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.
