Time in jail

if you get a 5-15 c felony non-vol

how much time will you really do ??or a e-felony non-v 1-3

first of all, this seems like a lot of time... do you have any priors? are they priors for the same exact type of crime?

generally, the lower number is your bare minimuma nd you become eligible for parole at that date, however, given the state of the parole board it is usually a few years since youre permitted it - if you have priors in your past and the priors are for the same exact crime you may be looking at waiting till your CR date (conditional release) which is generally almost your upper limit (in this case 15 - so close to 12 years or so)
