how much time can you do in prison for shootin at the police

How much time can you do In prison for firing a gun once at the police But u missed, shooting a person by accident in the chest they are alive though,shootin some one on purpose in the leg they are alive,having an iilegal fire arm and 4 prior arrest 2 for robery 1 for criminal trustpassing and 1 for resisting arrest

Shooting at the police is not a charge... it would all dependo n what youre specifically charged with. Potntially in a scenario like this the worse that could happend could be an attempted murder in the first degree charge, attempted murder of a police officer - the minimum on that is 15 to life and the max is 25 to life.
