Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Transfer
Hello, I was inquiring whether it is possible to transfer a case or sentence to another state. I and being tried for a OGA charge in New York but no longer live there and now live in Texas. When sentenced it is more than likely tha I will recieve community service, and I able to serve in Texas rather than New York City? Thanks
