Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
What can I do if someone is treating me with untrue things and I can not get in to trouble I'm on parole, but i know she is not gonna stop and it's causing me problems, how can I keep from getting into trouble? can I tell the DA what she is treating to do and show her the texts she sent me to prove what she is trying to do,

I would talk to an attorney in person and then consider bringing this to your parole officer and the District Attorney. Do not do anything without consulting with an attorney. That is the best way to protect yourself.

she in committing the crime of aggravated harassment. try bringing charges against her and show the text messages to your parole officer
