Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

trial?

i had a lawyer who made me lie to the d.a. and to the judge forcieng me into a plea agreement. i have hired another lawyer and now withdrowing his plea... i need some type of counsel. i might have to hire a speacial lawyer for my trial. if it goes that far.

My own opinion is that no one can "force" you to lie. Especially not to a judge, in open court, under oath, on the record. Sorry, that is just my opinion.
