Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Truth or not....
I was told a Lawyer can not practice law if they are in the middle of suing their M.D. due to Malpractice on a surgical procedure performed on this Lawyer. Is this a correct statement??

If the attorney is in a coma due to the malpractice then yes, otherwise this is nonsense.
