Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
can I turn in a 15 yr old that i can prove has continually acted out sexually toward a dozen men? her parents wont do anything about it. I am not a parent but am a step parent to this child and she lives in my home with her father. What can I do?

What do you mean by "acted out sexually"? For that matter, what do you mean by "turn in"? It's not clear from your question whether the girl has done anything illegal -- or whether any of the men have, for that matter.
