My twin brother was arrested for fauging 57,000 worth of checks from the last company he worked for. He stole the money? Its his first offense. He admitted to the crime. What will happen to him?

he will probably go to jail, but if he is able to pay all of it back before he is sentenced, his jail time would be lessened
