what type of punishment to expect?
class d and e felony identity theft and forgery charges to an 18 yr. old. she had a prior incident last year for a felony theft charge that was dropped. she was caught on tape using a stolen atm card to withdraw $640

The major issue here would be what the disposition of the preivous case was, as it will have serious ramifications on what happens here... regardless, the mere fact that there is some record there already will ensure that the DA does not go easy... i would suggest contacting an attorney ASAP...
