What is typically the punishment for robbery in the first degree, conspiracy to
commit robbery, and second degree robbery for an 18 year old?

There is no typical sentence for these crimes. It depends on the county where it is being prosecuted, the strength of the case, the color of the defendant's skin, whether or not it is plea bargained and probably many other factors. I would need a lot more information to give an accurate answer.
